Disney Cruise Line is expanding its horizons by launching its first homeport in Asia.

Beginning next year, families will be able to embark on a magical voyage on the Disney Adventure, a new ship departing from Singapore.

The Disney Adventure will offer three and four-night itineraries with spectacular marine adventures.

Due to a partnership between Disney Cruise Line and the Singapore Tourism Board, the Disney Adventure will dock at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore for at least five years.

Sharon Siskie, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line, stated that they’re bringing the magic of Disney Cruise Line to Asia for the first time and want to provide their guests with the cruise relaxation and Disney fun that they can only experience on board one of their ships.

On board the vessel, families can explore seven unique themed zones, each designed to transport them to the worlds of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel.

These areas include:

Disney Imagination Garden: An enchanting valley inspired by almost a century of Disney stories, including open-air theatrical performances.

Disney Discovery Reef: A deep-sea journey inspired by “The Little Mermaid,” “Lilo & Stitch,” “Finding Nemo,” and “Luca,” complete with themed shopping and restaurants.

San Fransokyo Street: Inspired by “Big Hero 6,” this thriving family entertainment zone features interactive games, activities, stores, and movies.

Wayfinder Bay is a poolside getaway inspired by “Moana,” with breathtaking vistas.

Town Square: A fantasy woodland with stores, lounges, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues inspired by “Tangled,” “Cinderella,” “Frozen,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” and “The Princess and the Frog.”

Marvel Landing is a hub for Avengers-level activities, including spectacular attractions and new experiences.

Toy Story Place is an interactive water play zone for children, including characters from “Toy Story” and themed dining venues.

In addition to these immersive areas, the Disney Adventure will include signature Disney Cruise Line experiences such as an array of dining options, incredible entertainment, and outstanding guest service.

After a day of activity, visitors can relax in spacious cabins outfitted with family-friendly amenities and unique Disney touches.

For those looking for a more luxurious experience, concierge accommodations will offer high-end shopping, a specialised spa, and fitness facilities.

The Disney Adventure is currently under construction at the MV Werften shipyard in Wismar, Germany, under Meyer Werft’s management.

The shipyard has previously built the Disney Dream, Fantasy, and Wish and is now building the Disney Treasure and Destiny.

The new vessel will accommodate around 6,700 guests and 2,500 crew members.

With its first homeport in Asia, Disney Cruise Line strives to provide the perfect family travel experience, with many unique amenities for children and adults.
