Designed and built by Lorenzo Berselli and Simone Madella, the yacht functions on dual power generated by tapping into solar and wind energy resources.
Unlike its other contemporaries, Cronos is not made of fibre-glass but of discarded bamboo panels. The overall construction of the yacht gives it a completely look and feel without compromising on these two aspects.
Right from the solar boards (made of Chin Ua glass variety) to the covering on the walls of the engine cabin (made of Halite to absorb and convert additional power), Cronos is an architectural marvel.
The kite attached to tap into the wind energy has a potential to absorb and convert nearly 3000% more wind energy fruitfully, adding to the yacht’s desirability and indispensability factor.
